Shoreline Drone Services is a precision aerial-application business based in Bryan, Texas. We fly spray drones over rangeland brush and aquatic weeds, treating ground and water that a rig or a boat can’t work efficiently. This is licensed agricultural application, flown to the chemical label under federal and state credentials, and that is what separates the work from a hobbyist with a drone.
The credentials behind the work
FAA Part 137. We operate under a federal Agricultural Aircraft Operator certificate. Part 137 is the legal authority to dispense an agricultural product, whether herbicide, pesticide, or other, from an aircraft, including a spray drone. It is the baseline that separates a licensed aerial-application business from recreational or photography drone use.
State department of agriculture licensing. Applying products commercially also requires pesticide applicator licensing from the state department of agriculture, in every category the work calls for. Everything we apply goes out according to the chemical label, meeting state and federal regulations.
